Skulpturenpark Köln

To accompany his bronze sculpture, Erzkinder - two ostensibly innocent-looking children gazing out onto the Park, Jonathan Meese (b. 1970 in Tokio, Japan) compiled a Manifesto, which defies both summarisation and translation. Wir, Erzkinder lernen Macht (Süsses Dorf der Verdammtin) = Die Gören is the title of the sculpture. Surrounded by a collage, "Jonathan Meesewolf" writes in his own inimitable style about: "The ore-children: Total humility - Baby-children of the total soft-toy transformation", signed with "(Art Rules Okay)".
